PARTY REPORT: Every year I work at The Wharf the Wednesday before Thanksgiving because everybody's ready to party...it's the only Wednesday that I work at The Wharf all year and it was a blast! Happy Birthday to my Mom and Happy Birthday to Jeff! Much appreciation to Shamus for taking most of the pictures on this page. He's an artist who knows how to pose his subjects...just check out the 1st pic and you'll see what I mean :-)! Thanks to Brandon for also taking pics. Thanks to all the Wharf Rats who turned out for our pre-Thanksgiving party: The Dynamic Dancing Duo of Brittany and Missy (who had trouble holding her glass for some reason), Kristen Squared- who have been absent from The Wharf for way too long- were joined by Cassie for some great party pics, even John's (Head of Security) physical therapist Cindy dropped in and cut loose as did Melissa, Ian, Happy, Jody, Grace, Little Man, Ashley & Brandon, Carrie, David, Lane, Patrick, Wendy & Kelly, Bethany, Brittney (shutterbug), Jan & Rick, Rebecca (w/o Crystal?), T.K., Ron, Phillip, Huey, Mike T., Tammy & Kelly, Mark Anthony, DJ Smelly, Bubbles & Sara, Megan, Alex, etc...Happy Thanksgiving to all and we'll see ya next time at The Wharf!

I found out that the song takes longer to load up than the program so if it doesn't play right away then click on the speaker to turn it off...wait a minute and try it again. Repeat until the song starts playing (the most I had to wait was three minutes).

The Song Of The Day is Arlo Guthrie's - "Alice's Restaurant" also known as "Alice's Restaurant Massacre"

It's a bit of comedy about one particular Thanksgiving that Arlo spent where he and some friends almost went to jail for littering.

It's a little over 17 minutes long and every year when I worked in radio we would play it on Thanksgiving...so it's a tradition I shall continue here.

It may take a minute or three to load so be patient and I hope you enjoy it too!
